Baduanjin is one of the most representative and widely spread traditional methods of health preservation in China similar to Tai chi.
Master Li has practiced and taught Ba Duan Jin for more than 30 years. She has practiced different versions of Ba Duan Jin. In the past fifteen years, I have mainly practiced
and taught Health Qigong• Ba Duan Jin. She feels deeply feel that the reason why Baduanjin is most popular with everyone is that the exercises integrate the body, the mind with the breathing and relaxing & enjoyable to practice. The movements are graceful, smooth, easy to learn, safe and accessible, suitable for practice by different groups of people, and effective in curing diseases, strengthening
the body, and prolonging life. Furthermore, there is no need to spend money to buy expensive fitness equipment or special clothing to practice Baduanjin. It is not restricted by the venue, making it ideal for daily home program. It is suitable for all ages and is suitable for any physical fitness. Everyone can benefit.
